Services

Bermuda Escapes Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn care services in the Yukon, Oklahoma area and surrounding communities. Services include:

• Fertilization programs
• Weed control
• Grub treatment
• Aeration
• Flowerbed pre-emergent treatment
• Related lawn care services

Service pricing varies based on lot size and service type. Specific pricing is provided via quote before service begins.

Appointments and Scheduling

• Services are scheduled on a recurring basis according to your selected program
• Treatments are performed approximately every 6–8 weeks during the service season
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before scheduled treatments
• Weather and other conditions may affect scheduling

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 15 days of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept credit/debit card payments online, by phone, and by mail
• Returned payments or failed charges may be subject to additional fees
• Customers on recurring billing authorize automatic charges per their selected plan

Text Message (SMS) and Phone Communication Terms

By providing your phone number to Bermuda Escapes Lawn Care, you expressly consent to receive text messages and phone calls, including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system, AI-generated or artificial voice, or pre-recorded messages.

Communications may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Quotes, invoices, and payment reminders
• Promotional offers for seasonal services
• Customer follow-ups

You are not required to consent to receive promotional texts or calls as a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of promotional text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message; no further promotional messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of promotional messages will not affect service-related communications (appointment reminders, payment confirmations) unless you specifically request to stop all messages by contacting us directly.

Text messaging is provided through our communications platform. Standard carrier messaging rates apply. Bermuda Escapes Lawn Care and its carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers.

Bermuda Escapes Lawn Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Lawn care results may vary based on factors outside our control, including weather, soil conditions, watering practices, and pest activity.
